This residential project was a renovation of the social area located upstairs in between the bedrooms of a contemporary house located on the Venetian Islands in Florida. The young couple who owns the house wanted to create an elegant space that would allow them to enjoy the beautiful view of the bay while also being able to occasionally watch TV. The project includes floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the view and a clean millwork design that includes sliding doors that reveal a large TV. The renovation created a perfect space for the couple to relax, entertain and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area.
