This office project in Coral Gables was designed for a developer client who wanted something that felt elevated and inviting rather than a typical corporate workspace. The goal was to create an environment that reflects a more residential, lifestyle-driven aesthetic while still supporting day-to-day business functions.
We worked closely on defining a clean, cohesive direction with a focus on warm materials, soft textures, and a light, neutral palette. The design balances professionalism with comfort, incorporating elements that make the space feel approachable and curated rather than formal or rigid.
